I welcome patients to my orthopaedic clinic for childhood scoliosis, poor posture, infant hip screening, back and lower back pain, and neck and knee pain.
I graduated from the University of Medicine of Pécs in 1990 and have been an orthopaedic specialist since 1995. I began my career at the Orthopaedic Department of Zala County Hospital, where I spent 10 years. Since then I have been working as a senior orthopaedic consultant at the Traumatology Department of Kanizsai Dorottya Hospital in Nagykanizsa. During my on-call duties, I also take part in trauma care at the hospital’s emergency department.
Alongside my hospital work, I have been running a private orthopaedic practice for 25 years, and for 20 years I also served as team doctor for the Zalaegerszeg basketball team.
My specialty is musculoskeletal surgery, in particular knee and foot surgery, as well as the conservative and surgical treatment of sports injuries and various orthopaedic conditions. I also perform paediatric orthopaedic examinations on an outpatient basis. I am experienced in joint injections, and at the Vitalium Health Centre I also provide PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy.
