Subject to availability, our hotel also welcomes pets; however, house rules apply to their presence throughout the hotel. Please let us know in advance that your pet will be joining you. Your pet will find a dog blanket, a water bowl and treats waiting in the room. You can also use the door hanger to let our staff know when your dog is resting in the room on its own.

House rules for guests with pets
- Please keep your dog on a lead at all times anywhere in the hotel outside your room. Dogs that may bite or behave unpredictably must wear a muzzle.
- Please do not leave your dog alone in the room for so long that it may show signs of separation anxiety (barking, scratching at the door). Before your holiday, please make sure your dog can be left alone in an unfamiliar place.
- If your dog is resting alone in the room, please let our staff know by hanging the sign provided on the door handle.
- If your dog likes to watch TV with you on the sofa, please place a sheet or blanket underneath it. We kindly ask guests not to use the hotel’s linen and towels as bedding for their pets or for cleaning them.
- If your dog leaves any mess anywhere on the hotel premises, please clean it up, and make sure your dog relieves itself outside the hotel grounds.
- Common areas may be used to reach your room, but dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or other food and beverage outlets, the bath area, or the indoor and outdoor wellness & spa areas.
Please check your room on arrival and report any damage or soiling to reception. On departure, the condition of the room will be checked together with a member of our team, taking into account the condition of the textiles, walls and furnishings before and after your stay. In the event of damage, a minimum contribution of HUF 15,000 towards repairs or extra cleaning will be charged; for any other damage, the estimated actual value is payable. The owner bears full financial and legal responsibility for any damage caused by their pet in the room or elsewhere in the hotel.
