New Year’s Eve table assignments: Our hotel staff will arrange the seating for the New Year’s Eve gala dinner. We can inform guests of their assigned room, table number and seat on 28, 29 or 30 December. We are unable to accommodate or guarantee individual requests regarding table assignments.

- Book at least 7 nights and receive an extra 10% discount

Cancellation policy
- Our offer requires a 50% deposit, payable by 1 December. For bookings made after that date, please pay the deposit within 48 hours of booking.
- The booking is guaranteed only once the deposit has been received.
- The booking may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. Modifications are subject to availability and the rates and conditions in effect at the time of the change. If the booking is cancelled within 21 days of arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you cancel within the free cancellation period, we will refund your deposit or issue a gift voucher for the amount paid, which you can use freely.
- In the event of cancellation within 21 days of arrival or a no-show, the deposit will be retained as the cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
Arrival information
Check-in: from 15:00, check-out: until 11:00. Subject to availability, early arrival and late check-out are available for a fee. Parking is available for a fee in the hotel’s underground garage and outdoor car park. Additional parking is available in the town’s car parks for an extra charge.
