NEW! We have opened our brand-new covered outdoor medicinal pool! Come and enjoy the water of Lake Hévíz – now in the open air too!
Our wellness world welcomes guests with an indoor adventure pool, whirlpool and children’s paddling pool, indoor and outdoor medicinal pools and a swimming pool, and the outdoor Acapulco family adventure pool (in summer), with a total water surface of 270 m2. Saunas also support wellbeing and do body, mind and soul good. Guests can choose from Finnish saunas, a steam bath, an infrared sauna, a salt chamber and a herbal sauna.
Wellness
Every feature of our adventure pool (31–32 °C) is designed for relaxation: neck and shoulder massage jets, a counter-current swimming system, and lying and standing water jets. If you prefer to stay active, our outdoor swimming pool is open every day of the year, so you can swim in 28 °C water and enjoy the sunshine at the same time. In the colder months, our indoor swimming pool (31–32 °C) is the place for a swim. And when you need a break, the whirlpool (34 °C) is sure to refresh you.

For those seeking healing
Those seeking healing can relax in our indoor medicinal pool or choose our brand-new covered outdoor medicinal pool (32–33 °C). Our medicinal pools are filled with water from our own well, which contains the active components of Hévíz medicinal water.
Children under 14 are not permitted in the medicinal pools!
Splashing with little ones
The little ones are also welcome in our indoor adventure pool area, where they can bathe safely in a paddling pool about 30 cm deep designed especially for them. In the summer months, our Acapulco family adventure pool – with water features, a rock island, various attractions and a water depth of 0–120 cm – is an ideal water paradise for families with children.
Saunas for every taste
Sauna lovers will find a two-level sauna world in our hotel’s wellness area.
In the textile-free sauna on the gallery of the adventure pool, guests sauna without swimwear, covered with a sheet. This sauna world features a large panoramic Finnish sauna, an experience shower, a relaxation area and a steam cabin. The textile-free sauna is also home to regular guided sauna infusions, available for an additional charge.
On the ground floor, our sauna area invites you to unwind with Finnish saunas at different temperatures, a herbal sauna, a steam cabin, an infrared sauna, a salt chamber and an ice fountain. Swimwear is required in the ground-floor sauna area.
Our saunas may not be used by children under 10.

The salt chamber is based on the effect of inhaled salt. It is traditionally used to help loosen mucus and soothe the airways, and may help clear the respiratory tract. It is recommended for chronic respiratory complaints such as bronchitis, tracheitis and sinus problems, and may also help with allergy-related respiratory symptoms.

In the ceramic-tiled herbal sauna, the sensual effect of fragrances makes relaxation complete. Medicinal plants and herbs of the region release their active ingredients in dry and moist vapour. At a pleasant 38–40 °C, with soothing herbal aromas, even those who cannot use a sauna for health reasons can relax. This temperature is easy to tolerate, causes less sweating and is also suitable for people with high blood pressure or circulatory complaints.

Steam baths have a lower temperature than dry air baths (37–45 °C) but higher humidity. They are therefore also recommended for people with circulatory problems, as the body warms up gradually rather than being strained by sudden heat. Our hotel offers both a swimwear and a textile-free steam bath.

The most widespread type of sauna, with a temperature of 80–100 °C and low humidity of just 10 per cent. The Finnish sauna combines elements of the Roman hot-air bath and the Turkish steam bath. Saunas offer relaxation and refreshment at the same time – a restful way to support your wellbeing that does body, mind and soul good.
Saunas are associated with a number of benefits, such as stress relief, support for the immune system and metabolism and keeping skin firm.
Our hotel offers both textile-free and swimwear saunas.

The warming rays penetrate deep into the body. The heat is produced by infrared energy, which penetrates deep into the tissues, warming them and increasing blood flow. It has a strong sweating effect. It is easy to tolerate, as the air temperature in the cabin is around 40–60 °C, so it is not strenuous.
Wellness for external guests
Since October 2022, a limited number of external guests who are not staying at the hotel can also visit our wellness area.
