Tightsculpting laser fat reduction

A new, non-surgical treatment for reducing fat pads, combining Er:YAG and Nd:YAG lasers. After 2–3 sessions, the reduction in fatty tissue can be measured in centimetres, while the surface skin-tightening treatment makes the skin over the treated area more elastic.

Thanks to a special cooling head, the Nd:YAG laser treatment is painless. An infrared sensor built into the handpiece shows the temperature of the treatment area at a depth of 10 mm.

In the first step, the fat cells deep in the treatment area are heated for 3 minutes to a maximum of 45 °C, depending on the individual. This heat can destroy 60–70% of the fat cells, which the body then eliminates within about 10 days.
To support this process, a lighter, low-fat diet and a temporary increase in water intake are recommended. As fat cells store various metabolic by-products, we also recommend drinking herbal tea for a few days.

In the second step, the Er:YAG laser tightens the skin over the treated area.
Several sessions are recommended, with at least 10 days between treatments. The fat-reducing effect can be measured in centimetres. The number of sessions depends on the thickness of the fat pad and the patient’s wishes.

Once fat cells have been permanently broken down, they can no longer store fat. In the next session, we can target deeper layers, gradually reducing thicker layers of fat in the desired area. When you lose weight, fat is broken down and the fat layer becomes thinner, but the number of fat cells stays the same – after a period of rich eating, these cells can store fat again. With laser fat reduction, not only the amount of fat but also the number of fat cells decreases.

Tightsculpting can be used on the thighs, abdomen, buttocks, upper arms, décolleté and neck.
