Sometimes this means changing your lifestyle if you want to see results. At our hotel you can try it all out and experience that longed-for feeling of wellness for yourself!

A varied programme

If you love exercise and travel, just stop by the programme desk. Well-trained professionals – sports and activity hosts – make sure everyone finds an activity they enjoy. As part of our current weekly programme, our guests (of all ages) can take part in a wide range of free recreational and preventive sports and exercise programmes.

Exercise programmes in the hotel

different types of morning exercise every day, and various forms of aqua gymnastics using special aqua dumbbells and pool noodles
a different spine-friendly, joint-friendly session every day (Soft-Ball, DISC’O’SIT, smovey® training, Pilates, stretching, preventive back training, etc.)
for a more intensive workout: Fit-Ball® fat-burning, Body Balls body-shaping or aqua aerobics classes
for those interested in Eastern forms of exercise: Sun Salutation, Moon Salutation and the Five “Tibetan” yoga exercises, as well as yoga for the musculoskeletal system
learning various relaxation techniques
rehabilitation training (osteoporosis training, rehabilitative back training, Exercise 70+)

Outdoor programmes

Nordic walking and smovey walking in the beautiful protective forest around the lake
a variety of cycling tours in the wonderful surroundings, on your own or in organised groups, on regularly serviced bicycles available for hire at the hotel

Fitness room

Our renovated fitness room offers Impulse Fitness® equipment: 2 treadmills, a cross trainer, a recumbent bike, an Ultra Bike and a stair climber; Life Fitness Signature Cable Motion D.A.P. multifunctional equipment, a Concept2 rowing machine, as well as dumbbells up to 10 kg, Fit Balls and Fit Bands. The modern equipment is ideal for recreation, prevention and rehabilitation alike.

For children

During the school holidays: fun and varied children’s exercise sessions led by a physiotherapist, and health programmes with lots of surprises and gifts.

Sport

Child- and family-friendly programmes

The little ones will have a great time too, as the hotel is child- and family-friendly – as shown by the playground, the Acapulco family adventure pool in summer, the children’s pool and childcare available on request (for a fee).

The Mandarin Bar & Café welcomes guests with live music, playing hits from the 70s and 80s as well as today’s music.

Roomli play kingdom

At our hotel, it is close to our hearts that families with children can relax without a care. We believe the most beautiful memories are made from shared experiences, which is why we dreamt up Roomli. After lengthy planning and many hours of creative thinking, this special indoor play kingdom was born, where everyone from the youngest to the oldest can feel at home.

Colourful adventures await the children, and peaceful moments await the parents – whatever the weather, all year round.

The GameRoom opening hours differ from those of Roomli. For current opening times, please ask our activity hosts or at reception; you can also find the details in the current weekly programme. We reserve the right to change opening hours and programmes.

Programmes outside the hotel

Beyond the hotel walls, we invite our guests on a sightseeing walk, during which they can also see the Hévíz thermal lake, unique in Europe. Those who want to see more of the world can discover Hungary’s traditions and folk art, travel back in time to the world of medieval knights or visit the country’s most famous cities, even with a personalised guided tour.
