In tune with health – Health Day returns to Európa Fit!
The Vitalium Medical Centre – Health Centre at Hotel Európa Fit****superior in Hévíz offers comprehensive private healthcare in an exclusive setting for everyone who wants to take an active role in their health, with expanded medical services, specialist clinics, ultrasound diagnostics, a blood-sampling laboratory, medical laser treatments and a day-surgery operating theatre. The Health Centre’s services are, of course, available not only to hotel guests but also to patients from the surrounding area.

Throughout the programme we provide free childcare with themed entertainment, so that everyone from the youngest to the older children has a great time while parents can take part in the programmes undisturbed.

In tune with health – our autumn Health Day takes place on 15 November 2025 from 1:00 pm. Participation in the programmes and talks is free of charge, except for Dr Barbara Szentgyörgyi’s talk, which requires a paid ticket. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme.

Dr Barbara Szentgyörgyi

General practitioner, lifestyle medicine doctor and a committed advocate of a holistic approach to health. For more than ten years she has been helping her patients not only to treat their symptoms, but to live healthier, more conscious lives in body, mind and spirit. She believes that health is not a goal, but the natural result of a conscious life lived with presence. In her work she combines Western medicine with lifestyle medicine, naturopathy and mindfulness methods.
She is the founder of the MAGÉLET Foundation and the Hungarian Association for Health Preservation and Lifestyle Medicine, and the author of the books Növényi étrend a teljes életért (A plant-based diet for a full life) and Azt tényleg megeszed? (Are you really going to eat that?).

On the occasion of our Health Day, attend our talks, where you can gain useful information and put your questions to our specialists. Attendance at the talks is free of charge but requires registration.

Our invited exhibitors round off the Health Day programme! During the breaks between talks, discover excellent products and services, try samples, shop and, if you feel like it, book an appointment for one of our related treatments.
Health services
Be aware of your body’s signals and condition! On our open day you can take part in the following tests and screenings. Participation is free of charge, and services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Consultations and measurements take no more than 15 minutes per person. For more information, please ask our colleagues!
